Head Coach, Jon Copeland, in his 2nd season at Nyack, is happy for his players, "Cody and Joe are members of our first recruiting class this season and are both hard-working, hard-nosed ball players. Phil is only a sophomore and is still getting better; having all three back next year is very beneficial for our program". Copeland also appreciates the recognition from the CACC. "I am honored by the recognition from my fellow CACC coaches. This is a very competitive conference, with a number of very good ballplayers. To be named to the All-CACC team is very special, and for Cody to receive the Player of the Year award is further evidence that Warrior Baseball is moving back to where it belongs". Levins' award follows the CACC Pitcher of the Year award that graduated Warrior, Billy Gleason, received last season.
The Warriors, ranked 13th in the final regular season NCCAA Div. I poll, now move on to the postseason and to the NCCAA East Regional to be played next week in Ohio.
