Nyack and Wilmington Men Battle to 2-2 Tie

New Castle, DE - The Wilmington College Wildcats rallied back from two goals down and battled the Warriors of Nyack College to a 2-2 tie in CACC men's soccer action on a rainy Saturday afternoon at the Kirkwood Soccer Complex.
Nyack used two early first period goals to take the 2-0 advantage.
Nathan Rayl scored in the first minute when he connected off an
Oswald Adu assist.
Samuel Odoro scored an unassisted goal just four minutes later. Wilmington answered back when junior
Joe Galasso finished a pass from freshman
Nick Rotella with just over four minutes remaining in the first half.
The Wildcats tied the game at two during the 68 minute mark as senior
Mike Andrews scored off a feed from sophomore Oren Segev. The scoring would end there for both teams, as the offenses struggled during both overtime periods.
Dan Mangat recorded six saves in goal for the Wildcats while
Jack Carillo notched four saves for the Warriors. Nyack held a 12-10 advantage in shots, while corner kicks were knotted at six apiece.
Following the game Wilmington stood at 2-4-1 in the CACC and 4-9-1 overall. Nyack's record went to 2-1-2 in the CACC and 6-4-3 overall.
