The Nyack College Business Club was created to give business students an opportunity to have input from the student perspective of the business department, to build a commonality of interest in the business school, to provide networking among the students and to develop a bridge between students and businesses and other members of the broader community.

Each year we work with the homecoming committee, do various dinners for the business majors and professors, provide trips to different corporations and participate in other campus activities.  Two years ago we held our 1st Annual Talent Show.  Over 300 students came and there were over 20 acts that participated.  Steven Baldwin even came as a guest judge for the event.  

Again we are going to begin a new tradition for the Business Club itself.  This year we plan on holding a fundraiser for the Nyack College Business Scholarship Fund and the Dorough Lupus Foundation.  We felt as a body of students that it was time to begin to give back to the community that has been giving to us for so long.  After this year’s fundraiser we as the acting officers would like to see the students donate their time to help a different charity each year.
