OM Admissions Steps (DC)
 
 

1. Stop by on a Walk in Wednesday or contact one of our admissions counselors.

2. Complete the one-page Application for Admission OR complete the Application Online ($30 Application Fee waived).

3. Answer the question on the Writing Sample.  The purpose of this exercise is to show your aptitude level in basic grammar and writing skills.  This is to be completed only by the applicant and without intervention from others.

4. Print the Personal Recommendation to be completed by someone (other than a family member) who can verify your commitment and ability to complete your degree. 

5. Computer Literacy – Students in the Organizational Management program will use an online environment for a portion of their learning; there are certain technology skills students need to have in order to succeed.  Students need to be competent in:

  • sending and receiving e-mails
  • opening or sending an e-mail attachment
  • searching the Internet
  • using Microsoft Word
  • downloading files

6. Request to have your Official Transcripts sent directly from the college(s) you attended to:

7. Apply for Financial Aid.  View this screencast for instructions on filling out your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).
