Mr. Robert Anderson
Robert “Bob” has over 30 years of experience in business and in lay ministry, having served in a variety of senior positions throughout his business and church career. Bob teaches in the area of Christian theology. Bob’s educational background includes: MBA, Loyola College, Baltimore, Md., M.A., St. Mary’s Seminary, B.S., Towson University. He is currently taking advanced training in theology, in preparation for PhD studies. Bob is a faculty member in the traditional program.
Dr. Manuel A. Cordero
Dr. Cordero is a noted speaker and trainer in the area of crisis counseling and marriage and family issues. Dr. Cordero’s educational background includes: D.Min., Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary, M.Div., Assemblies of God Theological seminary, B.S. in Biblical Studies from Central Bible College. Dr. Cordero serves as Chaplain and Administrative Program Manager for the Bureau of Prisons, Washington DC. He is a faculty member in Nyack DC’s Bachelor of Science of Organizational Management program and the traditional undergraduate program.
Terence Davis
Terence is an accomplished teacher with experience teaching common branch, middle school and adult students. He served as a teacher, mentor and dean in New York City schools and served as an adjunct faculty member at Nyack College’s main campus in Nyack, New York. Terence received his Masters of Science in Elementary Education from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York, and his BS from Nyack College. He has also received a certification in Christian Ministry from New York Theological Seminary. Terence is a faculty member in Nyack DC’s Master of Organizational Leadership program.
Dr. Karen S. Fenton-LeShore
Dr. Fenton-LeShore is the Director of the Nyack DC Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) and a full-time professor in the Nyack DC’s Master of Organizational Leadership program. Her professional background includes serving in the Office of Planning, Policy and Program Support for the Child and Family Services Agency in Washington, DC. Her educational background includes: Ph. D. in Organizational Leadership, Regent University, MSSW, Columbia University, BSW, State University of New York.
George C. Hairston
George Hairston comes to Nyack with an extensive background in leadership development, creation of “high performance team,” business improvement, organizational change and business operation management. Mr. Hairston has served as a consultant with major corporations such as General Electric, JC Penny’s Citibank and JP Morgan. He is Found and Executive Director of Success Warriors, Inc, a Christian non-profit and an educational consulting service firm. His education includes ABD status towards his Ph. D. at George Washington University, M.A. from Creighton University and a B.S. from Howard University. He is the Director of Admissions and Marketing along with serving as a primary faculty member at Nyack DC campus.
Jacqueline Jiles
Jackie's professional background includes over a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical industry throughout the Northeast region. Her educational background includes: B.S. Business Administration, Morgan State University, MBA, Morgan State University and is a current candidate for her PhD. Jackie is a faculty member in the Bachelor of Organizational Management degree program.
Dr. Patricia R. Johnson
Patricia provides leadership to the DC campus as Associate Dean. Her professional background includes working as a consultant for the Organization for Economic and Cooperative Development (OECD) in Paris, France; a lawyer and professional staff person on the Select Committee on Hunger in the U.S. House of Representatives, and political appointee at the Agency for International Development. She is an ordained minister, speaker and author. Patricia’s educational background includes: Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, J.D., Howard University, B.A., Spelman College, B.A. in Theology, Christian Life Seminary of Theology and a Diploma in Advanced International Legal Studies from The McGeorge School of Law, Salzburg Austria campus.
Shaline Kirkland-Alston
Shaline is currently an attorney with the US Department of Education. She also has served as an investigator for the US Department of Education, Office of the Inspector General, and a Professor of English at Montgomery College. Shaline’s educational background includes: JD, Howard University School of Law, BA in Sociology, Marymount College. Shaline is in the process of completing her Ed.D from George Washington University. She is a faculty member in the Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management program.
Sherrie Lawson
Sherrie is the Academic Resources Coordinator for the Accelerated Degree Completion Program and a full-time professor in the Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management program. Her professional background includes 7 years in corporate finance, working for such companies as the former First Union National Bank now Wachovia, Daimler-Chrysler Financial Services and the Fannie Mae Corporation. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and her Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Nyack College.
Dr. James Love
Dr. Love brings a wealth of experience to the DC campus as a scholar and practitioner in the field of urban ministry. He is the Senior Pastor of Faith United Church of America on Capitol Hill, and author of an acclaimed and pioneering book on urban church ministry. Dr. Love’s educational background includes: D.Min from Westminster Theological Seminary, M Div. from Wesley Theological Seminary, B.S. from Lincoln University. He is a faculty member in Nyack DC’s traditional undergraduate program.
Ruth A. Marshall
Ruth’s professional background includes her position as a Research Scientist/Director of Operations at the Hamilton Fish Institute on School and Community Violence. She has served as project director on campaigns that deal with underage alcohol consumption and substance abuse. Her educational background includes: M.A. in Organizational Communications, Bowie Sate University, B.S., University of Maryland. She is a faculty member in Nyack DC’s Bachelor of Science of Organizational Management program.
Kimberly E. Rattley
Kimberly conducts organizational assessments, interactive training workshops, executive coaching, leadership development and conference presentations. Some of her clients include, U.S. Secret service, Freddie Mac, Cablevision, Discovery Channel, Booze Allen and Hamilton and Madison Square Garden. Kimberly is also a founding member of the DC Playback Theatre in Washington, DC and CEO of Creative Synergy Solutions. Kimberly's education includes: MSW, Howard University, B.A., Georgetown University, Certificate of Organizational Development, Georgetown University. She is a faculty member in Nyack DC's Bachelor of Science of Organizational Management program.
Kenneth D. Rogers
Ken Rogers has over 25 years of experience working with multinationals, US & foreign government agencies, non-profit organizations, and small business start-ups. He has managed projects in Asia, Africa, the America’s, and Central & Eastern Europe and advises in the area of emerging and developing market-entry strategies. Ken serves as the Director of IT Strategic Planning and Chief Enterprise Architect at the Department of Homeland Security’s, Science & Technology Directorate. He holds an Executive M.S. in Information Systems & Technology, George Washington University, Master of International Management, University of Maryland, M.P.I.A. in Economic & Social Development, University of Pittsburgh, Graduate Certificates in Asian Studies and International Political Economy, and a B.A. in Economics from Westmont College. Ken is a faculty member in the Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and the Master of Science in Organizational Leadership programs.
Jacqueline R. Scott
Jacqueline’s professional experience includes her present position as the Co-Director and Adjunct Professor for Georgetown University’s Harrison Institute for Public Law. Her experience also includes working in the field of policy development as a senior research and policy associate and as a senior Policy Advisor and Legislative Counsel. Her educational background includes: J.D., B.A., Georgetown University where she is also a candidate for a Masters of Laws.
Ralph W. Stice
Ralph has extensive international missions experience including working with the Christian and Missionary Alliance in France and Cota d’Ivoire. He is a conference speaker and recent author. Mr. Stice’s educational background includes: M.A., Columbia International University, B.A., University of South Carolina. He is a faculty member in Nyack DC’s Bachelor of Science of Organizational Management program.
Dr. Shelly Winston
Dr. Winston has an extensive background in the field of economics. She is currently an economist with the International Monetary Fund. Dr. Winston’s educational background includes: Ph. D. Howard University, ABD status towards her Ph.D. in Economics from American University, M. A. in Economics, M.A. in Development Banking, American University, B.A., Hood College. She is a faculty member in Nyack DC’s Master of Organizational Leadership program.
Mr. Theodore Wu
Mr. Wu’s professional experience includes serving as a former U.S. Commerce Department Deputy Assistant Secretary where he conceptualized, developed and administered the Office of Export Enforcement. He is a guest lecturer and speaker at universities, government enterprises and trade associations in the United States, Europe, Taiwan and China. He was a Presidential Appointee from the Justice Department to the Commerce Department to develop a W.S. export enforcement agency. Mr.Wu’s educational background includes: J.D., Boston University Law School, B.S., U.S. Naval Academy, Tufts University (graduate studies in Government). He is a faculty member in Nyack DC’s Bachelor of Science of Organizational Management program and Master of Organizational Leadership program.
