Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership

THE PROGRAM
The Master of Science in Organizational Leadership is a 33 credit, 12 month program that focuses on the individual and individual styles of leadership.
·    Classes meet 2 nights a week for 4 ½ hours per evening
·    One Saturday class per module (9am-1pm) for the Integrated Research Project
·    Courses are offered one at a time
·    Cohort style of learning
·    Earn your degree in 12 months

THE PURPOSE
The Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) offers classes designed to equip individuals to be innovative change agents in their spheres of influence with leadership skills that can be applied immediately. With cutting edge resources used in leadership programs at Harvard and Penn State and faculty committed to their success, graduates of MSOL will become Thought Leaders prepared to lead, change and make a difference in the world.

OUR HISTORY
Dr. A.B. Simpson established Nyack College in 1882. The reality of his vision of a Christian Liberal Arts College continues to impact the world today through thousands of alumni. As a change agent of his day, Dr. Simpson empowered people from all walks of life: his unyielding devotion to educating and preparing individuals for elevated service is Nyack’s lasting legacy.

PROGRAM MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* A baccalaureate from an accredited college or university.
* Minimum grade point average of 3.0.

DEGREE REQUIREMENTS:
* Successful completion of 33 credit hours.
* A minimum grade point average of 3.0.

ACCREDITATION
Nyack College holds Middle States accreditation, the highest level of academic accreditation for colleges and universities in the nation.
