This office exists to assist students with various disabilities in achieving equal access to academic, social, spiritual and cultural programs offered on campus.  Based on current and comprehensive documentation from a qualified practitioner, we will support students’ requests for reasonable accommodations that will help them to optimize the learning experience.
 
It is the policy and practice of Nyack College to comply with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and state and local laws regarding students with disabilities.
