Infusion 2011 offers four registration options. Choose the method that is appropriate for you:

1. Individual Registration: $45.00 registration fee, one person attending
   
   REGISTER AS AN INDIVIDUAL
    
2. Group Registration: Minimum of 5 attendees for a fee of $40.00/person
   
   REGISTER YOUR GROUP
    
3. Nyack/ATS Faculty/Staff Registration: $35.00/faculty or staff member; registrant must be faculty/staff (or faculty/staff spouse)
   
   REGISTER AS FACULTY/STAFF
    
4. Nyack/ATS Student Registration: $20.00/student; registrant must be a current student (or current student’s spouse).
